New corolla

Mum auctioned the corolla back. We were thinking of buying a low petrol consumption car. However, after all investigation, nobody likes small cars like Suzuki, Toyota Yaris.

So we still go for corolla, just to get a model in a newer year. Grandpa and I was questioning why then we sold the other corolla. Though this one is really great! new model comes up with cruise control and a couple of other stuff, also, the mileage is very low and the car is maintained pretty good.

We all appreciate mum's decision and effort! Well done!

None of the bank says it can not live without interest rate cut.

NAB is stupid enough. Now I know NAB is a bank to follow gov's guideline. Once gov require banks cut rate, they appeal first to cut, once gov don't push, they bold to not cut then.

Stupid NAB said they wouldn't pass any rate cut until market calm down. They lose their money from oversea market but earn money from domestic. They should reduce a little bit, at least 0.25....... My gosh, going to refinance then. Somebody says stamp duty for refinance will be reduced by Nov.

It's a little bit amazing that RBA cut sharply, now government is trying to give benefit to both consumers and business. Wish this measure can be working. That also means bank is at the boundary of credit crunch.

I have to say Google is like a termites to Microsoft, it is developing all key softwares in Operating System. Someday an online operating system will dominate the world finally.

MicroSoft will still be the greatest company to innovate the world (almost the same contribution as Mr. Edision). But Google will dominate both operating system and web world in five to ten years.

A product called online operation desktop in the future should be like that:

An Operation System online, and another replica is sitting on your desktop or laptop, we don't have to take my laptop. Just replicate data from your computer to Google. And then you can access your desktop anywhere.

And more exciting things is coming. It will beyond our imagination, I am trying to imagine though.
